DGL1 Back On Track & DGL2

Wow!!! Another clean sweep weekend with both DGL sides winning their respective games in such emphatic fashion.

DGL1 travelled to Godalming and came from behind twice to win a game that the players seemed not prepared to give up and hand to the opposition.

Conditions were terrible, pitch was bumpy and the young home fans behind our goal were clearly excited at having discovered hand actions befitting lads of their age. All the same Manu Turko in goal said he blocked it all out like true pro, ??.

Both goals conceded through mistakes ??‍♂️, but our 4 replies, in particular the Matti Orobio-Monroy sólo effort to seal it (recording viewable in comments below) were outstanding. All pure football goals - the finishes as well as the build up.

DGL2 have equally matched the great start and are now the team to beat in the Middlesex County Div 1 with a 100% record they are flying high ??.

3-1 a convincing result with most of the damage done in the first half playing some good football and possession stats through the roof dominating in all areas. Goals by Daniel Alves Adrian Jamil. Second half the boys took their foot of the gas but fair to say the win a formality. A well deserved Man of the match went to Adrian Mañez. ??
